f you, miss daisy!

hummus with marinated olives and flat bread
@ akasha in culver city

sweet potato fries with ginger sea salt

a really good cobb

shitake, roasted squash, eggplant flat bread pizza
w/ caramelized onions, tomatoes and basil

halloween cupcakes in their bakery
overall the food here was not crazy extraordinary
but the place is pretty relaxing and nice
worth trying at the very least

soon doo boo @ tofu villa in west LA
not as good as cho dang in torrance
but was really tasty
not bland and overly spicy like a lot of places
the sides, esp the squid, were pretty good as well

beet salad @ father's office in culver city
i already LOVE beets as it is so i'm biased!
w/ blue cheese, walnuts, vinaigrette, pumpkin seed oil

more sweet potato fries
that garlic blue cheese aioli on the side is killer

the office burger!
caramelized onions, more blue cheese, arugula, gruyere
don't have photos but the beer selection is impressive!
the entire wall is beers and wine on tap
a really fun place

spicy eggplant lunch special @ california vegan
w/ tofu and basil
i could prob be a vegan if i ate here for every meal

more halloween cupcakes at work

nicoise salad @ amandine

turkey avocado swiss

delice au chocolat
best chocolate cake ever!!!

tarte fromage
my new favorite cheesecake

mini totoro!!
next time will do the white parts around the eyes in felt
mine turned out all lumpy
and the outlining in black looks pretty shitty lol

dessert @ sawtelle kitchen
blackberry champagne sorbet
white chocolate macadamia nut ice cream
both shockingly good

dim sum @ east gourmet in rosemead
steamed fishballs

vegetarian stuffed tofu skin
one my fav dishes

bbq pork in rice noodle rolls

fried daikon cakes!!
overly oily and greasy here
but i guess that's not a bad thing

steamed sticky rice in lotus leaves

egg tarts
more crust than i prefer but they were hot so i can't complain

tripe (super good!), pig's blood and daikon
this place is brand new
and all the dim sum is only $1.88/dish
the amount and quality is not bad but i've def had better

fatty pork and radish @ da maat in torrance
korean food is my new favorite food

tiramisu @ TLJ
was like cheesecake!
enjoyed it w/ some coffee :)
