shin-sen-gumi hakata ramen in gardena
my brother and dad raved about this place
but i thought the ramen was whatever!
to be fair tho
i'm not a big fan of ramen in general
it's almost always too salty for me
also they all seem to taste the same to me
the best part of this bowl was the tea egg
which was bomb lol

spring rolls are called "fresh rolls"
not bad but not very flavorful at all

curry was kind of weak
and texture of the "chicken" was icky
time before this i had the spicy eggplant lunch special
which was WAY better
i say stick w/ the veggies
and avoid the soy "meats"

cheese plate w/ quince honey & walnuts
the bartender recommended it
and said it would be amazing
it was a bit intense for me tho
i expected more variety in terms of mild - strong
or at least in terms of flavor? saltiness? aroma?
probably would not order it again
the woodchuck cider did help tho
